Terms and Conditions

The French Paper Terms and conditions – Win €1000 Prize Draw
 
1. Entry to this free prize draw is open to all UK and French residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of the organiser, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion.

2. To be entered in the draw you must complete registration for TheFrench Paper email newsletter before 12 GMT on 30th August  2009. You must supply a valid email address so we can notify you if you win. Entries received by other  methods will not be accepted. You will agree to receive an email newsletter from The French Paper.  Of course you can unsubscribe from this at any time. No purchase is necessary to enter.

 
3.Registration completion is based on providing name and email address. To be valid entries in the draw all registrations must be completed and received between 1 May 2009 and the closing date, 12 GMT on 30 August 2009.  Entries received after this date will not be included in the prize draw.  Agence Idee shall not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

4. Sending registration means automatic entry into the prize draw.  Should you not wish to enter the draw you may sign up separately for The French Paper email newsletter by emailing your name and email address with a request to info@thefrenchpaper.com. Should registration be cancelled at any time during the promotional period the entry will be removed from the prize draw.


5. One entry per person will be accepted; each unique email address qualifies as a single entry.  Entries from agents, organised groups or third parties or applications generated automatically by computer or incomplete, corrupted or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.

6. There is one prize of €1000 to be won.  The prize is not transferable, non negotiable and no alternative prize is available.  The prize will be provided in the form of a cheque in Euros.


7. The draw will take place on 15 September 2009. 8. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity relating to this
promotion.
 
8.The organiser reserves the right to publish the prize‐winner’s pictures and/or name for future promotions and publicity.

9. The winner will be drawn by an independent person, at random, and the winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw taking place. Only the winner will be contacted personally.

10. The organisers decision is final.  No correspondence will be entered into.  


11. Winners name and home country can be obtained after the draw date by enclosing an SAE to the draw address in an envelope marked “The French Paper Win €1000 Euro Draw".

12. Entry to this prize draw indicates that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in promotional material. All entrants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer and use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has agreed to.

13. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the draw at any time.

14. These terms and conditions will be governed by French law and the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
